This new Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa will be the second property in Singapore. It is an expansion of the brand when it opens sometime this year. The resort shall stand in over 100,000 square meters of luxuriant tropical gardens. Additionally, the resort will offer a collection of 62 villas, each featuring a private terrace area and swimming pool. These lodgings are expected to range between 260sqm for one-bedroom villas and 450sqm for four-bedroom villas.

Inspired by local coral formations, the structural design of Rosewood Doha will feature two landmark towers with 185 guest rooms and suites, 173 serviced apartments for long-term visits, and 300 residential homes. The towers will also have eight restaurants, a fitness center, a helipad, and a spa facility.
Rosewood Doha will open in the third quarter of 2022, just in time for the much anticipated FIFA World Cup that will be held in Qatar. The hotel is Rosewood’s third foray into the Middle East, after Abu Dhabi and Jeddah.
