This new Raffles Sentosa Resort & Spa will be the second property in Singapore. It is an expansion of the brand when it opens sometime this year. The resort shall stand in over 100,000 square meters of luxuriant tropical gardens. Additionally, the resort will offer a collection of 62 villas, each featuring a private terrace area and swimming pool. These lodgings are expected to range between 260sqm for one-bedroom villas and 450sqm for four-bedroom villas.

Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Japan’s Bvlgari Hotel will occupy the 39th to 45th level of an ultra-skyscraper in Tokyo – the top seven floors of the building.
