British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay elevates the culinary scene of Malaysia as he teams up with Sunway Hotels to open his first restaurant in the country. Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill is scheduled to open in Q3 of 2021 at Sunway Resort Kuala Lumpur, a luxury 5-star hotel located in Malaysia’s premier hotel and entertainment district.
The restaurant will be an all-day dining venue at Sunway Resort, offering hotel guests a wide selection of dishes ranging from appetizing light meals, hearty meals, to flavorful bar fare. The carefully curated menu will also feature the multi-Michelin starred chef’s signature culinary masterpieces such as his famous Beef Wellington and Sticky Toffee Pudding.
Welcoming guests at Sunway Resort’s grand lobby level, the restaurant is designed to exude contemporary sophistication and features full-height glass windows that frame spectacular lagoon views. The restaurant will also have a private dining room, booths, and family rooms, providing diners with ideal venues for intimate gatherings and lunch meetings.
The much-anticipated restaurant of the world-renowned chef and TV personality is just one of Sunway Resort’s dining outlets. Guests can also feast on flavorful dishes at The Resort Café, which is Sunway Resort’s buffet restaurant featuring eight stations serving different Asian and international specialties. Also set to open in this year is Fuzion, the hotel’s poolside restaurant and bar serving international culinary favorites and refreshing concoctions.
The restaurant is also just one of the many things that are coming to Sunway Resort, which is currently being reimagined to offer new and exciting resort experiences to its guests. Its transformation includes adding more amenities, rooms, suites, and lounges to the already impressive facility selection of the resort.
Sunway Resort Kuala Lumpur is the flagship property of the integrated complex of Sunway City, which also features the Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Pyramid Convention Centre, Sunway Pyramid Hotel, and Sunway Clio Hotel.
