InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) will be opening two more properties in Vietnam come 2023. In partnership with Ha Long Investment and Development, a member of BIM Group, the renowned hotel chain sets foot in the province of Quang Ninh through the InterContinental Halong Bay Resort and InterContinental Residences Halong Bay.

Bringing the brand’s signature style to a gorgeous beachfront location, InterContinental Halong Bay Resort will have 175 guest rooms, while InterContinental Residences Halong Bay will be offering 41 villas and 61 one- to three-bedroom apartments. Guests and residents will both have access to the resort’s first-rate facilities and amenities, including five dining outlets, four swimming pools, a fitness gym, a kids’ club, and a spa. For events and conventions, the property will feature six well-equipped meeting rooms. The largest meeting room will have a guest capacity of up to 500 people.

InterContinental Residences Halong Bay presents an ideal address to those yearning for a sophisticated beachfront retreat they can call their own. Residents looking to have their apartment or villa rented out can also take advantage of IHG’s rental program. This program will help promote their residence to potential guests looking for a vacation home they can book using the brand’s global channels. Following the highly successful InterContinental Phu Quoc Residences and the Regent Residences Phu Quoc, which is currently in development, this Halong Bay property is the third residence project to be launched under the partnership of IHG and BIM Group.
