1. Ratchadamri Road, Bangkok

Centrally located in the heart of Bangkok, Ratchadamri Road puts you close to the vibrant shopping districts of the city and this road is lined with a wide selection of luxury hotels and establishments. What really makes this road stand out among Bangkok’s richest is that it features the open-air green spaces of Lumpini Park and The Royal Bangkok Sports Club.

Located in the southern part of Seoul, this area is home to Korea’s rich and famous individuals. This neighborhood has seen a lot of Korea’s top stars and executives move into its popular residential communities namely Hannam The Hill, UN Village, and Richensia Apartments. Hannam The Hill has been named South Korea’s most expensive apartment for already 7 years in a row with prices that can go around $7 million for a 243-square meter unit.

It comes as no surprise that a Hong Kong neighborhood appears on this list as it is known to be one of the most expensive cities not just in Asia but in the world. Mount Nicholson Road is the second most expensive street in the world, with New York’s 57th Street being the first.

 

4. Nassim Road, Singapore

Nassim Road is Singapore’s most exclusive and expensive street. Along this road, you’ll find several Good Class Bungalows or GCBs which are properties that can only be afforded by ultra-high-net-worth property buyers. Earlier this year, the wife of a tech founder in Singapore caught media attention when she paid $128.8 million for a GCB in this area.

 

5. Shirokane, Tokyo
