For their work on the Shinko Bar, they won an award from the African Property Awards in interior design. They have also previously been awarded Best Luxury Restaurant Interior Design for Cake Cafe Swan Lake Compound in Egypt and Best Luxury Restaurant Interior Design for Kazuko – both by Luxury Lifestyle Awards.
The Swan Lake Clubhouse is situated within the premium Swan Lake Compound development in New Cairo City. The specialists at KH Studio designed the Cake Cafe, which they transformed from an abandoned gymnasium into a bright, welcoming space with elegant finishes. The cafe is much-loved for the abundant greenery surrounding it, creating a sense of calm where local professionals can enjoy their daily caffeine fix.
One of the company’s latest projects is local coffee brand 30 North’s new outlet in the New Grand Egyptian Museum, opening in mid-2022. With its picturesque outdoor pizza, Gold Central Mall is surrounded by a selection of food and beverage outlets and residential projects that are soon to be revealed.
